Terms of Use
Draft updated: 22 September 2026
These draft terms cover use of the Miftah Al-Arabiyya website and its digital learning resources. Specific book licences, institutional arrangements and purchase terms may add conditions. Mandatory rights under applicable law take precedence.
1. Operator and contact
The service is operated by the company identified below. Contact us about account access, technical problems or these terms.
Akdemistanbul Eğitim Yayıncılık ve Dan.Hiz.Tur.Org.Tic.Ltd.Şti.Akşemsettin Mahallesi, Akdeniz Caddesi No: 99, Fatih, İstanbul, Türkiye

2. Accounts and authorized access
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details confidential. Use only an account and book access that you are authorized to use. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access; do not share credentials to bypass individual or institutional access conditions.
An account does not automatically grant access to every book or resource. Availability depends on the relevant licence, subscription, permissions and any stated access period. These terms do not promise perpetual access or change an agreed access period. A learner who cannot manage an account independently should use the service with appropriate parent, guardian or educator supervision.
3. Using educational material
You may view and use resources made available to you for study and teaching within the permission or licence attached to them. Where a download is offered, follow any accompanying usage conditions and retain attribution and copyright notices.
Unless the rights holder permits it or applicable law allows it, do not sell, publicly republish, systematically copy or distribute complete books, answer keys, recordings or other protected material. Download availability does not transfer ownership of copyright or grant a general right to redistribute the content. Institution logos and other marks remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Responsible use
Do not interfere with security or service operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, impersonate others, harvest personal data or bypass book-access restrictions. Automated extraction and bulk redistribution require permission where protected rights or access restrictions apply.
Necessary and proportionate access restrictions may be applied to investigate misuse, address security risks or enforce a relevant access agreement. Where appropriate and permitted, the reason and a contact route should be provided. Restrictions do not remove statutory rights or valid remedies.
5. Purchases and outside services
Shopping links take you to the identified seller. Prices, payment, delivery, cancellations and returns are governed by that purchase agreement and applicable consumer law. Read the seller’s information before purchasing. These website-use terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or waive any mandatory cancellation or refund right.
External forms, viewers and linked services may have their own terms and privacy notices. A link is not a promise that another service will always be available, nor does it alter your existing book-access rights.
6. Learning resources and placement results
Materials and the placement test support learning and teacher judgment. A placement result is a recommendation based on the test’s scope, not a qualification, guarantee of language proficiency or substitute for a fuller assessment. No particular learning result is guaranteed.
Placement attempts are stored in the browser as described in the Privacy Policy & Cookie Notice. Save or print a result you need before clearing browser data, and clear shared-device attempts before another learner begins.
7. Availability, corrections and responsibility
Maintenance, technical faults and changes to compatible devices or browsers may affect access. We aim to keep the service usable and correct reported errors, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised. If access you are entitled to use fails, contact support with the book and problem details, without sending your password.
Responsibility and available remedies are determined by applicable law and the relevant service agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer protections, or limits your data-protection rights.
8. Changes and disputes
The date above identifies this draft. Material changes to terms should be communicated as required and do not retroactively remove rights already acquired under a binding agreement. If a term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You retain the right to approach the competent consumer body, regulator or court. These terms do not impose an exclusive forum or waive protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
